During your initial evaluation, we will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental history previous treatments, medications, lifestyle factors and personal goals.  This comprehensive assessment helps create a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms and how they are affecting your daily life.  

When appropriate, the evaluation may include review of previous records, laboratory results, and validated screening tools to help guide diagnosis and treatment recommendations.  

At the end of the visit, we will review diagnostic impressions, discuss treatment options and develop a plan tailored to your. needs.  Treatment recommendations may include medication management, therapy referrals or collaboration, lifestyle interventions, sleep optimization, nutritional considerations, laboratory evaluation or a combination of approaches depending on your goals and preferences.
